If you like a site with graphics, pictures, or animation . . . no problem
as I can create it, scan it, or animate it. I also create framed web pages,
if they are desired. Personally, I can find reading framed pages a bit tricky
as they can be somewhat intrusive, but that depends on the layout and style
of a web page. This is one reason for my working closely with the client
. . . to make sure they fully understand what they are getting for a product,
and for me to fully understand what they expect.
